RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation or Modification

  • Orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled once they have been placed. 
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied after the fact.
Final Sale and Clearance
  • All sale items greater than or equal to 25% off are considered to be a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

My item is marked final sale OR is exceeding 25% off the original price. Can I still return it?

Items that are exceeding 25% off OR that are marked final sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Final sale items are heavily marked down in order to bring in the newest fashions and clear past seasons styles and inventory. 

What happens if I return a final sale item?

Final sale items that are sent back to our returns department will be donated or the customer can pay for the item to be shipped back to them.

Return Requirements

  • Returns are issued in the form of an electronic gift card/store credit.  
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once we have received it.  
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • Product must be free from deodorant, makeup, cigarette smoke, odors, stains, pet hair, defects, or any other signs showing that it has been worn or used.  
  • Original tags must still be attached with packaging slips included.  
  • Returns MUST be received within 30 days of purchasing your order (11:59PM/EST).  
  • Please note that swimwear, bodysuits, bras/bralettes, and hair accessories, cannot be returned if the tags and hygienic liners (if included), are still in tact.  
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs or lost/stolen packages. 
  • The Customer is responsible for shipping costs if item is returned by mail carrier if there is an issue with delivery (ie. wrong address on file).

Exchange Requirements

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand, we cannot guarantee that your item will be available for exchange. Returned items will be issued store credit/electronic gift card only. 
  • We recommend purchasing your desired size and then shipping back your return in order to not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to the new order, but for future purchases only.  

Defect/Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and contact us at help@candyroseboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your delivery if there are any issues or defects. 
  • Please include order number and images of the defect within the first 3 days.  
  • Any defects brought to our attention after the 3 day window will be subject to a restocking fee. 
  • We are not responsible for clothing caused by improper care or handling and incorrect sizing. 
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it. 
  • We do the best we can to ensure that what you see in pictures is what you receive in real life. Unfortunately, different lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions may vary these colors slightly. Clothing patterns also tend to vary. This does not qualify as a defect.  

Shipping Your Order Back

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  
  • Feel free to use a carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number. 
  • Include the original packing slip in your return.
